Clarence House tweeted the first official statement?on July 22, stating:

Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cambridge has been admitted this morning to St. Mary?s Hospital, Paddington, London in the early stages of labour. The Duchess traveled by car from Kensington Palace to the Lindo Wing at St. Mary?s Hospital with The Duke of Cambridge.

Kate will be giving birth in the Lindo Wing of St. Mary?s Hospital, which is the same wing that?Princess Diana?gave birth to both William and?Prince Harry! Also, the?Royal Household official Surgeon-gynecologist?Dr. Alan Farthing?and the Queen?s Surgeon-Gynecologist?Dr. Marcus Setchell?are the ones who are going to deliver the baby.

The little prince or princess will be third in line for the royal throne, behind Prince Charles and Prince William. Congrats to Kate and Will!
