Q: Can a California Real Estate Agent pay a 10% advertising fee to a legitimate advertising agency that sends him/her leads after the close of escrow?
Meaning the advertising agency does not charge any upfront fees and only takes 10% of commissions earned after the sale closes.
Thanks in advance for your answers.

A: I have never seen an advertising agency a. base their fees on the percentage of the sales price b. wait till the close to get paid If you are encountering such a scenario, read the contract carefully. Is there a real estate agent involved? If so, why doesn?t the agent pay for the fee? If not, why are you hiring an ad agency at such a high price?
